This Workshop is being promoted by the Ealing Abbey Lay Plain Chant Choir under the direction of Fr Peter Burns. All with basic experience of singing plain chant or choral music welcome.
WORKSHOP INCLUDES:
- Instruction on vocal technique
- Reading chant notation
- Learning to sing the chants for the Mass for the Assumption
- Presentation on the liturgy and music for the Assumption
- Singing one of the minor Offices for the Vigil of the Assumption
- Attending First Vespers for the Assumption in the Abbey Church
