We have one event left this calendar year: don't miss the chant day on the Ember Saturday of Advent, 19th December, also with Iain Simcock, in London.
The day in Oxford went extremely well; I was delighted that our first such event in recent years attracted 30 people. It was led by Iain Simcokc of the Schola Gregoriana, assisted by Dominic Bevan, in Holy Rood, Abingdon Road, Oxford.
High Mass was celebrated by the parish priest Fr Daniel Lloyd, assisted by Fr Seth Phipps FSSP (who is based in Reading) and Deacon James Forde-Johnson.
As is our custom with these events, we had Mass at noon and ended the proceedings with Vespers.
